As the semester gets into full-swing, my ironing board stands collecting dust, laundry, philosophy texts, and whatever other crap I throw on it. But it's Friday, so I'm clearing it off and sharing my drink special with you.

2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Apple Pucker Schnapps
Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with apple slices if desired.
Drink and be well.

ReplyDeleteI do enjoy a good cocktail and I must say that you appear to be an excellent mixologist. Back when Mr. Steele was courting me I'd have the occasional whiskey sour...or two. My goodness, a couple of those could lead to unladylike behavior! Makes me blush to think of it.
